Turnberry Place is one of the few luxury residential condo communities in Las Vegas. Tower 4 is now complete which concludes the four tower project. So why do we think it’s Christmas for Buyers at Turnberry Place? You are in for a surprise.
Tower 4 of Turnberry Place we believe to be the most speculative of all of the towers in the luxury high rise community. This is due to Tower 4 being sold during the 2004 investor hungry time period for luxury condos in Las Vegas.
If our predictions are correct, you will be able to purchase a new luxury condo in this high end property at a good price per square foot. With investor new condos in Tower 4, there will be several sellers wishing to flip their condos very quickly. This is especially true for sellers who bought multiple condos at Turnberry Place.
