Glad to be aboard as the newest contributors to the Las Vegas High Rise blog!! As owners in Turnberry Place, we hope to add a new perspective to the Las Vegas High Rise Blog. For decades pundits and naysayers have been predicting the demise of Las Vegas.. Through it all the city has forged ahead, consistently leading the nation in Job and population growth…. The recent vertical residential growth of the strip is very much in it’s infancy and just another facet in the history of this fabulous city.

A quick view to the not to distant past will set the tone for our next couple of posts on this Blog!

It was 1998 when Turnberry and associates, (An established and accomplished builder of Luxury high rise developments in Miami) acquired a 15 acre parcel adjacent to the then isolated “Las Vegas Hilton”… They quickly announced plans for four, forty story residential towers,… critics declared the company out of their collective minds!!..There wasn’t a residential condominium tower on or near the Strip!….. Over the next eight years, Turnberry would in-fact build the 4 towers and watch the strip mature around their towers. “Turnberry Place and the Stirling Club”…..A Phenomenal success by any measure….The high rise boom that followed is well documented and evolving.

Most would think a missed opportunity if you didn’t get in early at Turnberry…. Tom and Amy Garcia, representing Luxury Realty Group, would beg to differ….
