The reason for this are mostly market driven, one must remember that Turnberry purchased the 15 acres of land under the 4 tower Turnberry Place in the 1990’s, when little existed between the Strip and the Las Vegas Hilton. We have seen inventory in Tower 4 fall by over 50% in the past 12 months (according to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service). The good news is that there is still quality inventory available.
