Con le squadre della costruzione dal Perini Building Company che lavora feverishly, il primo vetro è stato installato sopra L'hotel, la stazione termale & le residenze del Harmon a MGM MIRAGE CityCenter sulla striscia de Las Vegas. Ciò oltre che vetro anche ora che è installato sopra Veer le torrette. Questo blog sarà il primo di una serie che descrive gli ultimi progressi della costruzione che avvengono al mega-ricorso eco-amichevole $8.4 miliardo del MGM Mirage.
L'hotel, la stazione termale & le residenze del Harmon è un hotel chic e trendy del boutique che caratterizza un numero limitato di condominiums e di penthouses high-rise di lusso residenziali. La proprietà soprattutto fa appello a quelle nell'intrattenimento e nelle industrie di pro-sport dovuto le relative amenità ed amministrazione dal gruppo chiaro del Andrew Sasson. Il progetto inoltre si pensa che caratterizzi Primo ristorante del SIG. CHOW de Las Vegas' (colto più).

Nel novembre 2007, la parte superiore-tre le annotazioni residenziali del prezzo-per-quadrato-piede nella storia di Las Vegas sono state regolate all'hotel, alla stazione termale & alle residenze del Harmon(colto più) quando parecchie unità high-end (penthouses compresi) sono state vendute per oltre $1.500, $2.000 e $2.400 un il piede quadrato (da Aaron Auxier del gruppo di lusso del Realty - distinti saluti).
