Elvis avrebbe girato 73 questo gennaio passato. Molti ventilatori hanno commemorato il suo compleanno ponendo i fiori intorno alla sua statua bronze a Las Vegas Hilton. Era qui (precedentemente l'hotel ed il Casino internazionali), quel Elvis venduto fuori oltre 800 esposizioni successive negli anni 70. Durante il suo funzionamento storico Elvis ha vissuto in un suite specialmente progettato del penthouse che era per tutti gli tutti gli scopi pratici il primo condo high-rise de Las Vegas, questo hotel ha occupato l'intero pavimento superiore dell'hotel che allora era il più grande nel mondo.
