J'ai récemment fait un aspect sur des nouvelles du RENARD 5 parlant du marché de luxe de condominium de bande de Las Vegas. Il faisait beau pour qu'ils m'a laissé partagent certains des faits qui ne sont pas rapportés. J'ai inclus une photo du studio, comme deux photos de « se lever tient le premier rôle » la cérémonie de récompense jetée par la pression et le maire Oscar Goodman d'affaires de Las Vegas. Les véritables condominiums supérieurs d'appartement terrasse de plancher sont en effet un produit rare dans le couloir de ressource de Las Vegas. Le groupe de luxe d'objet immobilier et le groupe de Garcia n'ont pas récemment énuméré un, mais 3, côte à côte suites d'appartement terrasse dans les 45 tours élevées de luxe de Turnberry de condominium d'histoire. Ces 3 offres de suites certaines des meilleures vues de bande de toute tour élevée de luxe dans la ville. Les unités de studio à la signature ont chuté aussi bas que $345.000. This is fairly surprising given the successful sales of the Vdara Condo Hotel project at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter. Then again, CityCenter is an $8+ billion mega-resort development. Regardless, 345k at Signature should get the attention of buyers. Sky Las Vegas (the only high-rise condominium tower on the Strip), currently has 70 listings on the market, with one bedrooms as low as $365,000. A couple of years ago, Turnberry Place, which was the first luxury high-rise condo built near the Strip, was symbolically replaced as the dominant high-rise development in the Resort Corridor. Towers like Majestic, Icon, and Las Ramblas were going to be bigger and better. Elvis would have turned 73 this past January. Many fans commemorated his birthday by laying flowers around his bronze statue at the Las Vegas Hilton. It was here (formerly the International Hotel and Casino), that Elvis sold out over 800 consecutive shows in the 1970’s. During his historic run Elvis lived in a specially designed penthouse suite that was for all all practical purposes the first Las Vegas high-rise condo, this hotel occupied the entire top floor of the hotel that at the time was the largest in the world. The Plaza has jumped another hurdle on its way to final approval. This exclusive resort, and Las Vegas luxury high-rise condo project on the Strip is poised to redefine the term luxury, in Las Vegas.
