Today was the first time I could go through the guard gate at Sky Las Vegas to meet one of our many Sky clients for their condo walk-through. The approach up the palm tree lined ramp already was speaking luxury but you don’t want to trust your feelings. Sky Las Vegas, an under construction ultra luxury condo in Las Vegas on the Strip, achieved a major milestone this past week. This milestone achievement means Sky Las Vegas is getting closer to taking its final step as the first real luxury residential condo to be built on the Strip.
