It’s one thing looking at Fontainebleau from Sky Las Vegas, the only luxury high-rise condo on the Strip in the Resort corridor at this time. From that viewpoint you only see Fontainebleau’s end angle making it feel like a boutique hotel and casino with an interesting geometric design. However, it’s quite another seeing Fontainebleau when driving North along the Strip as it truly overwhelms the Strip. On one hand, from Panorama Towers luxury condos to MGM Signature furnished hotel condos, it seems April is beginning to shower some luxury Las Vegas condo and hotel condo resale choices in the $300,000’s. Conversely, the upper end of the luxury Las Vegas condo market continues to do well in luxury high rises on the Strip like Sky Las Vegas. The Sahara hotel and casino located on the north end of the booming Las Vegas strip and adjacent to a small cluster of Luxury high-rise condominiums, was purchased this year. Many considered another fireworks shrouded implosion a foregone conclusion… Not so says the new owner.
