Onlangs, kondigde men aan dat Casino van het Hotel van de Toevlucht van Palazzo van het Zand Corp.'s op de Strook van Las Vegas Zilveren Certificatie LEED door de V.S. was toegekend. De groene BouwRaad. Volgens GlobeSt.com, genoemd USGBC ong. 3.000 ruimte, de toevlucht van miljoenen dollars, het grootste lEED-Verklaarde gebouw in de wereld die (was het vier keer groter dan een ander „groen“ project in de wereld zegt). According to the Wall Street Journal, Related Cos. has partnered with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide’s W Hotel group to bid on the Cosmopolitan Resort Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Some say that the Fontainebleau Resort in Las Vegas is expected to generate two thirds of its revenue through avenues other than gaming. Dining, entertainment, nightclubs and more will play a key role. Rumors began to circulate the minute the news broke about Deutsche Bank starting the foreclosure process on Cosmopolitan Resort Casino. It seems some real estate agents in Nevada like to jump to the conclusion that MGM MIRAGE would automatically take over this property and make it part of CityCenter.
