I recently made an appearance on FOX 5 News talking about the Las Vegas Strip luxury condominium market. It was nice for them to let me share some of the facts that are not being reported. In 1989, Steve Wynn built an exploding volcano in the middle of the desert, more Las Vegas Strip themed hotels soon followed. In 2008, boutique luxury hotels and mega resorts were the name of the game…In 2020, is Sin City still unique?Since Wynn did the north end of the Strip go high-end?
