George Maloof threw yet another succesful party last night for the Grand Opening of his Palms Place Las Vegas condo and hotel project. As usual, the red carpet rolled out while celebrities came to celebrate. Palms Place is a 599-unit luxury condotel property, meaning unit owners have the option to throw their condominium property into an owners rental program.
