In a confident move based on several factors, MGM MIRAGE raised prices 3% at CityCenter (across the board), on March 1st, 2008. While penthouse pricing wasn’t affected, all other condominium units at Veer Towers, Mandarin Oriental, Vdara Condo Hotel, and The Harmon Residences experienced the price increase.
