De strook van Las Vegas is ong. anderhalf jaar vanaf het toevoegen van één van de fijnste hotels van de wereld aan zijn rooster - en zijn naam is ARIA Toevlucht & Casino. Voor Maandag, 19 Mei 2008, zou MGM moeten een aankondiging dat ong. maken de aantrekkelijkheid van het 61 verhaalcentrum van zijn. $9.2-miljard ontwikkeling van mega-toevluchtCityCenter is genoemd.CityCenter van MGM nu aan kosten meer dan $9 Miljard - wanneer zal werkelijkheid binnen plaatsen?

With construction crews from the Perini Building Company working feverishly, the first glass has been installed on The Harmon Hotel, Spa & Residences at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter on the Las Vegas Strip. This in addition to glass also now being installed on Veer Towers. Recently, it was announced that Sands Corp.’s Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino on the Las Vegas Strip had been awarded Silver LEED Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. According to GlobeSt.com, the USGBC named the approx. 3,000 room, multi-billion-dollar resort, the largest LEED-certified building in the world (saying it was four times larger than any other “green” project in the world). In a confident move based on several factors, MGM MIRAGE raised prices 3% at CityCenter (across the board), on March 1st, 2008. While penthouse pricing wasn’t affected, all other condominium units at Veer Towers, Mandarin Oriental, Vdara Condo Hotel, and The Harmon Residences experienced the price increase. As the U.S. media continues to spread doom and gloom, several recent successes on the Las Vegas Strip cannot be denied.Luxury Realty Group and Celebrity high-rise agent Aaron Auxier set three new Las Vegas pricing records.
