Seems the media keeps shouting Las Vegas has a hurricane of luxury condos swirling onto the market. Not so fast. While Miami may be having its problems with a typhoon of luxury condos hitting the market, Las Vegas has nowhere near the numbers of 50,000 plus new luxury condos Miami now has.
