Sky Las Vegas - Almost Ready for Prime Time

Sky Las Vegas, an under construction ultra luxury condo in Las Vegas on the Strip, achieved a major milestone this past week. This milestone achievement means Sky Las Vegas is getting closer to taking its final step as the first real luxury residential condo to be built on the Strip.This past week, the construction crane from MJ Dean, the construction contractor for Sky Las Vegas, was removed from the main tower and lowered into position to finishing the construction of the incredible outdoor amenities. Sky is now moving into the final chapter before going live in early 2007. It’s been a long two year process to watch the birth of this ultra luxury condominium. It is also the first residential condo to go live on the famous Strip in the prime Strip area.

What’s next for Sky? The tower is now under its own power and its 409 luxury condos are being finished for their interiors. The amenities both interior and exterior are also being finished. These are exciting times for the Las Vegas Strip.
