I closed a high rise condominium this past week that was sold under the original purchase price. I was able to analyze the luxury condo market and matched a great unit with buyers who wanted to take advantage of their powerful Euro€ in this current market.
Don’t be fooled into waiting until the sun comes up to invest. As we all know prices will not stay low forever. These buyers sought me out and received just what they asked for and more. I was able to negotiate an even better deal than what the unit was listed for and sealed the deal with more benefits that weren’t obvious in the MLS system. The power of the Euro€ gave my buyers a 50% discount on top of that.
Las Vegas is in a “buyer’s market” for sure. Isn’t this the time to get serious about purchasing luxury property? If you think about it you will see it’s the best time. Oil prices have hit all-time highs, the stock market is constantly up and down and we’re right in the middle of a history making election year. These are the times that smart investors come to the table ready to deal. Take advantage of these times and move up to luxury real estate. The media refuses to acknowledge the real story here with few luxury condominiums existing on the core Strip. With current prices at the lowest in years, you can’t afford not to make the move now.
Land prices on the resort corridor have gone through and over the roof in the past few years ($34 million an acre and up) trust me these prices will be reflected back to the consumer in the new and upcoming luxury condos. So while you’re waiting for the prices to drop later in the year, intelligent buyers are drawing up contracts now. Capital gains down the road could be much higher as well depending on who makes it to the White House. Don’t let this incredible market catch you sitting on the fence. Doesn’t matter if you’re an international investor or a United States citizen luxury real estate is possible right now.
