Anyone looking for Luxury high-rise residential condominiums needs to consider more than just location and amenities….. Other factors to be considered are Security and privacy. The single biggest factor in determining the long term desirability of any project is security…. Without security even the most luxurious condominium project with be less desirable than projects that have the security of a guard gated entrance.
Buyers crave expansive architectural elements, breathtaking majestic mountain, pool and city views…. championship golf course frontage is wonderful;….without security and privacy none of the above matters much!
