Hey economia! Apenas como eu disse na parte uma desta série, todos é alimentado acima com seu negativity. Quando nós estivermos cientes que você não está pronto para parar seu moaning, não havia nada que você poderia fazer para parar as aberturas de Hotel e torre internacionais do Trump e lugar das palmas. Custando quase $2 bilhões no total, e depois que uma espera de dois anos para peak para dentro um glimpse, nós está indo ao savor o excitamento de adicionar estes edifícios coleção de Las a Vegas'.

Resale listings at Trump International Hotel and Tower are starting to appear on the MLS. As of March 26, 2007 only 1 exists. That unit is a one bedroom corner unit on the 49th floor with views of the Las Vegas Strip. Asking price $1,540,000.
Would you like to invest into a property at Trump International? It should be interesting to watch how much inventory hits the resale market at Palms Place and Trump International over the next 6 months due to tightning condotel financing and down payment requirements. Will prices fall like Signature at MGM Grand? We will have to watch and see.
