De economie van Hey! Enkel als zei ik in een deel één van deze reeks, wordt iedereen gevoed omhoog met uw negativiteit. Terwijl wij ons ervan bewust zijn dat u niet bereid bent om uw het jammeren tegen te houden, waren er niets u kon doen de openingen van tegenhouden De het Internationale Hotel en Toren van de troef en de Plaats van Palmen. Kostend bijna $2 miljard in totaal, en na een wachttijd van twee jaar om een glimp een hoogtepunt te bereiken binnen, gaan wij naar savor de opwinding van het toevoegen van deze gebouwen aan de inzameling van Las Vegas'.
Voor het eerst, reiste ik zowel Internationale onlangs Troef als de Plaats van Palmen. Wat is beter dan kopend een nieuwe auto en genietend van de nieuwe autogeur? Het lopen in de miljard dollarsbouw en het krijgen van die zelfde sensatie.
Eerder dan het sensationalizing van het goed sensationalize het nieuws als wat als het slechte nieuws, heb ik eenvoudig een lichte beschrijving, een paar foto's, en recentste MLS stats voor elk project toegevoegd. Kenmerkend dramatische chandeliers en een personeel ter plaatse klaar om aan uw behoeften van de luxelevensstijl te neigen, toont de hal van de Troef een gevoel van elegantie.

Resale listings at Trump International Hotel and Tower are starting to appear on the MLS. As of March 26, 2007 only 1 exists. That unit is a one bedroom corner unit on the 49th floor with views of the Las Vegas Strip. Asking price $1,540,000.
Would you like to invest into a property at Trump International? It should be interesting to watch how much inventory hits the resale market at Palms Place and Trump International over the next 6 months due to tightning condotel financing and down payment requirements. Will prices fall like Signature at MGM Grand? We will have to watch and see.
