Hé économie ! Juste comme je disais dans la partie une de cette série, chacun est alimenté vers le haut avec votre négativité. Tandis que nous nous rendons compte que vous ne soyez pas prêt à arrêter votre gémissement, il n'y avait rien que vous pourriez faire pour arrêter les ouvertures de Hôtel et tour internationaux d'atout et endroit de paumes. Coûtant presque $2 milliards au total, et après qu'une attente de deux ans pour faire une pointe un aperçu à l'intérieur, nous aillent au savor l'excitation d'ajouter ces bâtiments collection à Las Vegas'.

Resale listings at Trump International Hotel and Tower are starting to appear on the MLS. As of March 26, 2007 only 1 exists. That unit is a one bedroom corner unit on the 49th floor with views of the Las Vegas Strip. Asking price $1,540,000.
Would you like to invest into a property at Trump International? It should be interesting to watch how much inventory hits the resale market at Palms Place and Trump International over the next 6 months due to tightning condotel financing and down payment requirements. Will prices fall like Signature at MGM Grand? We will have to watch and see.
