¡Hey economía! Apenas como dije en la parte una de esta serie, cada uno se está harto de cansado con su negativity. Mientras que estamos enterados que usted no es listo parar su gemido, no había nada que usted podría hacer para parar las aberturas de Hotel y torre internacionales del triunfo y lugar de las palmas. Costando casi $2 mil millones en total, y después de que una espera de dos años para enarbolar una ojeada adentro, nosotros vaya al savor el entusiasmo de agregar estos edificios colección de Las Vegas'.
Por primera vez, viajé recientemente el triunfo internacional y el lugar de las palmas. ¿Cuál es mejor que la compra un coche nuevo y gozar del olor nuevo del coche? El caminar en el edificio de mil millones dólares y conseguir a eso la misma sensación.

Resale listings at Trump International Hotel and Tower are starting to appear on the MLS. As of March 26, 2007 only 1 exists. That unit is a one bedroom corner unit on the 49th floor with views of the Las Vegas Strip. Asking price $1,540,000.
Would you like to invest into a property at Trump International? It should be interesting to watch how much inventory hits the resale market at Palms Place and Trump International over the next 6 months due to tightning condotel financing and down payment requirements. Will prices fall like Signature at MGM Grand? We will have to watch and see.
