أنت يستطيع لا يلوم الصحافة وطنيّة ل يستمرّ أن يبحث لقصص سيّئة حول [لس فغس] [رل ستت مركت]. فكّرت حوالي, كلّ شخص يعرف أنّ يذهب الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة من خلال يتحدّى اقتصاد, إنتخاب سنة, وقوميّة [رل ستت] ورهن سيولة انصهار. بعد ذلك يتلقّى أنت [لس فغس] [رل ستت جنت] ([إينكلودينغ] بنفسي) يقول أنّ هناك أكثر إلى القصة… وهناك. المشكلة, مهما, أنّ على السابقة اثنان سنون, قصص سلبيّة يأخذ أفضليّة. هو صحيحة حقيقة الحياة أنّ نحن كلّ يضطرّ قبلت وحصلت يستعمل أن… القصة حارّة يكون على [نغتيفيتي].

هم يقولون أنّ واحدة من المفاتيح إلى إستعادة في أيّ تحدي في حياة عندما شخص أخيرا يعطي داخل ويقول, "[أك], يقبل أنا هذا وأنا أذهب أن يترك هو ركضت مسلكه." بكل أمل, أنّ حيث كثير الناس [ميندست] يكون يذهبون. قد شهد بينما أنا أكون دائما سريعة أن يمسك صحفية مسؤولة ل يجعل بيان زائفة أو ل يرفض أن يشارك أيّ أخبار واقعيّة إيجابيّة, مؤخّرا, أنا بعض [رل ستت جنت] بصراحة هاجمت الأوساط.

أنا لا أقول أنّ لا يتلقّى نحن حق أن يدافع مدينتنا وتأكّدت قارئات حصلت كلّ جوانب من القصة, نحن يتمّ. ماذا أنا أعني أنّ أنت يستطيع إمّا حافظت يتنازع الحبة ويبدّد وقتك, أو ركّز على طاقتك على شيء إيجابيّة ومنتجة.

When people want to purchase property in Las Vegas, they do. This market pretty much sells itself. Luxury homes in master-planned communities such as The Ridges in Summerlin as well as high-rise condos on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip have continued to have strong appeal.

In regards to the title of this blog, the top-three residential price-per-square-foot records in the history of Las Vegas were set in late 2007 at The Harmon Hotel, Spa & Residences at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter. With premium unit and penthouse sales over $1,500, $2,000, and $2,400 a sq. ft., the story barely made a whisper in the local and national press. Regardless of whether someone thinks those kind of prices are shocking, or whether they make sense because of the rising land costs in the Resort Corridor, the story is factual enough and relevant enough that readers should be given the chance to read and then decipher for themselves. Sadly, this story (like many other positive stories and factual statistics) received little attention in newspapers and television news broadcasts.

I will continue to share information and news with readers, how they want to decipher it is fully up to them. I’m not here to say everything is perfect, what I will do is raise awareness and ask the question, “Would it be different if the positive real estate statistics and happenings were getting reported as much as the negative?”

Everyone has a job to do. Don’t attack…EDUCATE. Don’t defend…PROVIDE VALUE.
