Have you missed me? I hope so because I’ve missed you. That’s why I decided to write a holiday blog and wish you a Happy New Year. Inside you’ll find a collection of my top 5 Las Vegas strip condo blogs of 2007, as well as several hints at my plans for 2008. You can’t miss this!

Where have I been over the last four weeks? Am I one of those agents who takes the entire month of December off?

Let’s face it, I haven’t been; blogging, providing new pictures, or making TV appearances such as CNBC or CBS 2 (see latest strip news reports). I even quit 944 Magazine.

Have I been lazy, sipping egg nog, or losing my edge? No, I bought a new PC with Windows Vista and crashed.

Many agents launch multiple versions of the same website crammed with spammy text which is more focused on search engine robots than the reader. With the makeover of VegasCondoScene.com, I intend on proving that one great site is better than 20 bad sites. After a lot of hard work, I hope to have it up for you very soon.

Keep an eye out for my exciting return in January with loads of new features including the 2008 “Aaron The Genie”.
