The Las Vegas Strip playing field is now abuzz with $30 billion of new. A change is happening as the reality of these structures is starting to show.
Even since my last VIVA VEGAS! Update, things have evolved - you can witness it happening. From CityCenter’s gigantic footprint, to the upcoming implosion of the Frontier Hotel, a new leaf has been turned.
The Harmon Hotel is one of the most desired properties in the United States and Hollywood agrees. I’ve never seen such excitement for a high-rise condominium project and boutique hotel, even with penthouse pricing above two thousand a sq ft. I have sold multi-million-dollar penthouses at the top of the building to big names. Prices start just above one million. I have the connections and experience to open doors for my clients.
While most sections of the United States and Nevada are slow, The Strip continues to boom and for many reasons that most don’t understand. - Hats off to my broker Bruce Hiatt for receiving 2 prominent awards from The Luxury Institute. Bruce beat out 120 top producing agents in the country including 2 from Vegas. He won awards for selling the most million-dollar-and above properties and for selling the highest dollar amount of million-dollar-and above property through a one year period.
- Now that the relationship is being finalized, I expect to see MGM MIRAGE and Dubai World start an international marketing campaign for CityCenter. Should be interesting to watch prices as ultra-rich global investors purchase up the inventory.
- I recently filmed a news story for CBS News in Los Angeles about the Las Vegas Strip. If you’re in L.A., it will air sometime in November during the sweeps period.
