Las Vegas Sky Should be called Four Seasons

Today was the first time I could go through the guard gate at Sky Las Vegas to meet one of our many Sky clients for their condo walk-through. The approach up the palm tree lined ramp already was speaking luxury but you don’t want to trust your feelings. Afterall, we all know high rise condo builders over promise and under deliver way too often. So you wonder what about Las Vegas Sky?
You get out of your car and the valet takes over. You expect the typical valet of some Las Vegas luxury condos who wears a shirt and pants. No big deal. But then you look closer. Sky’s valet is wearing a tie and jacket with a special Sky tie. You instantly feel first class but again you don’t want to trust your feelings as you’ve been disappointed in the past when you stepped into the lobby.
You walk through the glass entrance doors and you pause. The warm tiger tooth wood accents, fresh flowers in a large vase, the blue marble floors, the contemporary artwork and your mind starts spinning. You keep saying to yourself this can’t be real as the concierge hands you a bottle of guess what, Sky water.
You are greeted warmly and you keep looking around for your luggage. Your mind keeps telling you that you are either dreaming or you are checking into the Four Seasons hotel. No one builds luxury residential high rises like this you say to yourself.
But Sky Las Vegas did. As you tour the building you are in shock with each new amenity you see. The special movie screening room with its large screen, buttery leather chairs and surround sound is amazing. The party room with the billards table that overlooks the Las Vegas Strip. The his and hers dry and wet saunas with high end tiny glass tiles for extra detail. The granite counters, special large water vessels and rich wall papers are found in the hers and hers locker rooms. You step onto the patterned hardwood floor in the fitness center that leads out to the amazing outdoor pool and services. Outdoors you see the dog park, outdoor BBQ, poolside cabanas with Plasma TV’s, putting green and much more. There’s no doubt in your mind now that you did check into the Four Seasons. But a little voice keeps telling you this is luxury Las Vegas real estate called Sky and it’s overwhelming.
As you approach the passenger elevators you are still in shock. Then you tell yourself to expect the typical stainless steel lined passenger elevator as Sky certainly did not spend money on elevators. Wrong again. As you enter the elevator, you are surrounded not with the typical tacky mirrored walls or all stainless steel you often see. Instead, you find wood lined ceilings and a special light fixture, a backwall of individual blue leather cushions, marble floors and much more. You know your Lamborghini has to be waiting for you in the garage.
When you arrive on your residential floor, the contemporary carpets with hues of blue and the warm woods greet you again. The entrance doors of each Sky Las Vegas luxury condo are multiple hues of wood that shout warmth and invite you in.
When you are ready to leave you discover the real problem about Las Vegas Sky. You don’t ever want to leave. You suddenly realize that all other luxury residential high rise towers in Las Vegas have just become one star in your mind.
Kudos to the developers of Sky Las Vegas. You just raised the bar for all future luxury residential condos in Las Vegas. There’s no doubt every owner in Sky is going to be proud to call it their home. I know I will.
