It’s no mystery that purchasing a high rise condo in Las Vegas can do a whole lot for your Vegas experience. The most important aspect however is that you purchase a luxury condo in Vegas the right way as well as have all of the facts. Two facts are blatantly important in 2007. This will be a two part series.

FACT 1…In 2007 it is all about the CORE STRIP and NORTH STRIP.

2007 is the year of location. We have seen a dramatic spike in the number of buyers that are demanding Las Vegas Blvd addresses.

It seems that everyone who calls me nowadays first wants to know about MGM CityCenter. It’s the start of nearly every high rise consultation I give…people are hearing about it and want to know more about it.

I have stated that in 2007 a high rise project in Las Vegas must have 2 out 3 factors that I call “The Magic 3″. Location, Brand or Under Construction.

Those projects who do not have at least 2 out of 3 of those factors will suffer a very tough year in 2007.

Below are four projects that all sit in either the CORE or NORTH Strip locations.
