São os boatos verdadeiros sobre o grupo luxuoso do Realty?

2008 estão girando para fora para ser um ano da cort-garganta no mundo da propriedade real de Las Vegas. Parece que muitos agentes de propriedade real quiting o negócio e as agências corretoras são bancarrota do arquivamento. O grupo luxuoso do Realty, na uma mão, está apreciando recognition global ongoing. Conseqüentemente, seus concorrentes estão girando para boatos em uma tentativa de undermine o sucesso da agência corretora.
O que eu encontro interessar é como outros agentes, compradores e sellers de propriedade real de Las Vegas acreditam o que se ouvem sem fazer verificar apropriado do fato. Estão aqui alguns dos boatos que falsos nós nos ouvimos em uma base semanal agora aproximadamente Grupo luxuoso do Realty:
- O grupo luxuoso do Realty foi vendido - não rectifique.
- O corretor do grupo luxuoso do Realty está saindo do negócio e está movendo-se para Canadá - que é interessante porque o corretor viveu em Canadá no passado; entretanto, não tem nenhuma intenção de relocating para trás a Canadá.
- O negócio do grupo luxuoso do Realty está esforçando-se em 2008 - o grupo luxuoso do Realty continua a conseguir níveis novos do negócio com vendas tais como o recente Céu Las Vegas lista do penthouse de 3 histórias que foi vendida em 86 dias para $4.7 milhões.
- O corretor e o proprietário do grupo luxuoso do Realty, Bruce Hiatt, venderam a agência corretora a uma de sua elevação que consegue agentes, Aaron Auxier - devido a suas realizações significativas na propriedade real luxuosa de Las Vegas, Aaron Auxier, estêve dado o status parcial da posse quando Bruce Hiatt continuar a ser o proprietário preliminar do grupo luxuoso do Realty.
- O grupo luxuoso do Realty paga por seus televisão global e recognition principal da publicação da notícia - o grupo luxuoso do Realty foi caracterizado por CNBC, CBS, St. da parede Journal, Forbes, Fortune, USA Today, Associated Press, RTL German television and muh more media with none having been paid advertising. The global television and print media continue to recognize the high level of experience and knowledge of Las Vegas luxury homes and high-rises by Luxury Realty Group’s brokers and agents and seeks to film, quote or write about such experience and accomplishments.
- The broker for Luxury Realty Group is working in order to keep the brokerage from financial failure - I love this one as it is so wrong. The broker is a working broker so he can continue to “walk-the-talk” in Las Vegas luxury real estate to educate his agents with advanced luxury real estate knowledge and to test internally created, leading edge marketing strategies to stay way ahead of its competition. Such strategies appear to be working very well in 2008.
There are many more rumors but I think you get the point. Success brings envy and now we see competitors attempting to duplicate our highly successful boutique luxury real estate brokerage business model which to us is a great form of flattery. Those competitors however have no idea how we put it all together into a powerful global marketing force that achieves great results for our clients, prospective buyers and sellers of Las Vegas luxury homes and luxury high-rise condos.
