The broker is a working broker so he can continue to “walk-the-talk” in Las Vegas luxury real estate to educate his agents with advanced luxury real estate knowledge and to test internally created, leading edge marketing strategies to stay way ahead of its competition. Such strategies appear to be working very well in 2008.
There are many more rumors but I think you get the point. Success brings envy and now we see competitors attempting to duplicate our highly successful boutique luxury real estate brokerage business model which to us is a great form of flattery. Those competitors however have no idea how we put it all together into a powerful global marketing force that achieves great results for our clients, prospective buyers and sellers of Las Vegas luxury homes and luxury high-rise condos.
