The three most popular pure residential communities purchased by real estate professionals are Turnberry Place, located on Paradise Rd., Turnberry Towers, located on Karen Ave., and Sky Las Vegas on Las Vegas Blvd.

WHERE exactly, are these Communities Located?

These luxury communities are located in the north corridor of the Las Vegas Strip, all are located very close to three, multi-billion dollar mega resorts under construction. The first, (The $3 billion Fontainebleau) is scheduled to open in late 2009. Next will be the $5 billion Echelon, on the site of the former Stardust, then the $5 billion Plaza, just to the south of Echelon.

Even more is on the books for the north end of the resort corridor. Encore at Wynn Las Vegas is scheduled for opening late this year, MGM Mirage purchased the last large vacant parcel available on the Strip last year. They are working on a joint venture project for a 40 acre chunk on the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Sahara Ave. Look for details on this project later in 2008.
