The Las Vegas Strip luxury condo market is very vertical in 2007. The amount of construction going on is unreal, and set to get bigger with the upcoming Fontainebleau Resort and Echelon Place. The Core and North Strip areas are where the focus is on in 2007 when it comes to luxury condos in Las Vegas.
