The Launch of a New Informational Site

The Las Vegas highrise real estate market is off to a decent start in 2007. MGM CityCenter took many reservations in just a few weeks. In order to continue bringing the latest stats I have shut down one website and created a new one which features a comprehensive update section in every featured project.
In Vegas, nothing is safe from implosion. Last week it was The Wynn Employee parking garage, next week it will be The Stardust and today, I am sad to announce that in true Vegas fashion I have imploded VegasGrowsUp.com!
We will miss her dearly but her replacement is bigger, better, faster and has all the latest bells and whistles.
VegasCondoScene.com will be updated frequently so YOU can stay on top of the market!
Aaron Auxier’s first website was imploded the same week as The Stardust.
It was necessary to launch VegasCondoScene.com for many reasons.
*Luxury Realty Group aims to be an “information driven” brokerage regarding Las Vegas luxury condo real estate.
*The site is easy and quick for me to update.
*The site runs and loads fast for the visitors.
VegasCondoScene first and foremost focuses on “latest stats and information”. Construction stats, sales tips, latest blogs and more. Each project page features a last updated date.
Comprehensive Update
The feature I am most excited about is the “Last Updated” Section at the top of every featured high rise project. This section includes four key elements.
*Construction…Here I will report the latest construction news. Foundation updates, number of cranes on site, how high (floors up) the tower is and more.
*Sales…VIP entry dates, number of units left, special units on market, incentives etc.
*Aarons Advice…If I have special access or info about a tower, I will “hint” on it here. I save these secrets for my clients.
*Latest Blog…If I have added a relevant blog to LasVegasHighRiseBlog.com I will post it in this section.

And who knows, maybe a new and exciting VegasGrowsUp.com will surface sometime in the future!
