The International Herald Tribune recently recognized Luxury Realty Group agent Aaron Auxier for setting the top-three price-per-square-foot records for a residential property (home or condominium) in Las Vegas history. Auxier recently sold multiple multi-million-dollar penthouse condos at The Harmon Residences at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter.

Aaron Auxier was also recently recognized as selling the highest total dollar amount of properties in The Harmon. “People love this building, it’s pretty easy to sell, especially to those in music and entertainment,” said Auxier, who sports the nickname “Hollywood’s Connection to Vegas” for his high-profile type clientele and high-rise connections.
