Las Vegas Fontainebleau Overwhelms the Strip

It’s one thing looking at Fontainebleau from Sky Las Vegas, the only luxury high-rise condo on the Strip in the Resort corridor at this time. From that viewpoint you only see Fontainebleau’s end angle making it feel like a boutique hotel and casino with an interesting geometric design. However, it’s quite another seeing Fontainebleau when driving North along the Strip as it truly overwhelms the Strip.
From that viewpoint Fontainebleau is a rising giant.

Its clearly making the statement that the North end of the Strip is just as active with luxury hotel, casino and residential high-rise luxury condo development as the South end with MGM MIRAGE’s CityCenter’s massive construction project with similar attributes.
When you drive past Fontainebleau on the Strip it feels like the broadside of the Titantic against you. It’s a massive feeling and its future result will most likely be lots of glass overlooking the Strip.

The front of Fontainebleau lays out potentially the future pools and meeting space or restaurant areas. More will be revealed as construction reaches the point where its clear as to the use of the front areas.

So welcome to the Las Vegas luxury real estate evolution on the north end of the Strip. In five years there’s no doubt the major construction changes underway in that area will redefine the level of level of residential living along the Strip for luxury high-rise condos.
