Alcuni dicono che Ricorso de Fontainebleau a Las Vegas è previsto generare due terzi del relativo reddito attraverso i viali tranne gioco. Pranzare, l'intrattenimento, nightclubs e di più svolgeranno un ruolo chiave. Ciò è buone notizie per la striscia ed indica che “la città di Sin„ sta facendo maturare in una destinazione globale.
Come ricorsi mega del dollaro di multi-million come MGM MIRAGE CityCenter, L'hotel del Plaza ed il grado fanno il loro senso a LV Blvd., esso sta diventando più apparenti che una nuova età è sulla striscia mondo-famosa. Il corridoio del ricorso sta facendo maturare qualcosa che pochi abbiano immaginato appena i dozzina anni fa, in una posizione legitimant con architettura del mondo-codice categoria, nei ristoranti, nelle stazioni termali e nell'intrattenimento. La costruzione e lo sviluppo di lavoro sono due giornalieri sentiti parole intorno alla città.

Las Vegas recentemente ha legato New York per il numero di ristoranti del Cinque-Diamante del AAA e/o di proprietà dell'hotel (nove nel totale). Las Vegas si pensa che tenga il titolo generale da sè vicino fin dall'anno prossimo. Soltanto Chicago ha più ristoranti del Cinque-Diamante a partire dall'oggi, con la tenuta de New York appena un nuovo hotel valutato Cinque-Diamante. A partire da 2008, Chicago tiene 10 premi generali.

30 Billion in Maturation
As of 2008, there is roughly $30 billion of growth taking place between Tropicana and Sahara Boulevard (see list). Land property values in this stretch were recently reassessed by the Clark County Assessor reflecting a 59%-99% increase in 2007.
MLS Inventory Update
Sky Las Vegas, a luxury residential condominium tower, is the only high rise located directly on the Strip which features a LV Blvd. address. Not until Veer Towers, Residences at Mandarin Oriental, The Harmon Hotel, Vdara Condo Hotel, and Cosmopolitan Resort Casino open in late 2009, will there be another condo tower which can claim a Strip address.
There were 66 resale listings in Sky as of Feb 3, 2008 ranging in price from $375,000 to $5,490,000. Many units feature a balcony…one penthouse listing in the project features 2 large balconies as well as an outdoor jacuzzi, grill, refrigerator, wine-cooler and bbq.

Are there challenges in the high rise market?
Yes. Understanding them is essential before making a real estate investment. Many luxury condo bargains in properties such as MGM Signature, Turnberry Towers, Panorama Towers and more are available. Due to condotel financing issues, it’ll be interesting to see what happens when Palms Place and Trump International close in the coming months.
