“First View Turnberry Towers”. Fabulous views South and North

Recently had the opportunity to see the views from the Penthouse floor of the first of two Turnberry Towers units being completed just east of the strip and close to Sahara Blvd…This tower essentially sold out in a couple of days 2 years ago in the middle of the rush to acquire prime Las Vegas Real Estate…..The market has since eased. We have been keeping tabs on this tower.. To our surprise the Views south are incredible! Looking at the back side of strip and over the Wynn golf course. Wow!.. This view is likely to be preserved going forward. Unlike strip front properties, where its anyone guess what kind of view the future holds… Also if you are an aviation enthusiast and like watching the lights of planes taking off and landing (without the noise!) the airport is in full view..

This property is a sleeper and will surprise many,.. resales will be plenty as many speculators purchased in the initial release.
