Casino cosmopolita del ricorso da trasformarsi in in parte di MGM MIRAGE CityCenter?! Non così velocemente.

Le voci hanno cominciato a fare circolare il minuto che le notizie si sono rotte circa Deutsche Bank che inizia il processo di preclusione sopra Casino cosmopolita del ricorso. Sembra che alcuni agenti di bene immobile nel Nevada gradiscono saltare alla conclusione che MGM MIRAGE assumerebbe la direzione automaticamente di questa proprietà e gli renderebbe la parte di CityCenter. Ma che cosa è l'un ostacolo principale che potrebbe arrestare quello dall'accadere?
Il cosmopolita non è stato destinato mai per essere uno sviluppo verde
MGM MIRAGE CityCenter sta andando dopo la certificazione di LEED dagli Stati Uniti Consiglio verde. Tutto dalla pianta sul posto del cemento, i materiali da costruzione, le fibre della moquette e più entrano nel gioco. Aggiungendo il Casino cosmopolita del ricorso alla città universitaria di CityCenter completamente getterebbe fuori dei punti in cui sono usati determinare se CityCenter ottiene la certificazione di LEED.
Ragioni per le quali principali Cosmo non si trasformerà in molto probabilmente in parte di CityCenter
- Il ricorso e la torretta cosmopoliti del randello della spiaggia di Cosmo sono destinati per avere balconi. Non uno residenziale, l'hotel, o l'unità del condohotel in CityCenter caratterizzeranno un balcone dovuto il disegno sostenibile di vita.
- Il cosmopolita non ha caratterizzato “una pianta del cemento sul luogo„ durante il relativo fondamento principale si versa. Ciò significa che camion del cemento ha inquinato l'aria mentre trasportava il cemento. Ciò completamente getterebbe fuori dei punti in cui gli Stati Uniti Il Consiglio verde usa “notare„ CityCenter.
- Il cosmopolita non sta costruendo con i materiali Eco-amichevoli.

Right now, everyone should let Bruce Eichner (developer of the Cosmopolitan), negotiate with the interested parties that have contacted him. The good news is, Perini and Deutsche Bank have negotiated to continue construction while this happens.
