A ceremony was held Monday as sake wine was poured over the first piece of steel to go skyward. The 50 foot tall beam was erected as the Cosmopolitan hotel and condos were officially headed towards the moon. The Cosmo Beach Club Tower as well as the trendy Harmon Hotel at MGM CityCenter will turn the intersection of Harmon and The Strip into a hotspot that could even get Neil Armstrong’s adrenaline going.
