MGM MIRAGE CityCenter is offering studio units at Veer Towers, turn-key and fully furnished. These are not condotel units but pure residential condominiums. These units are being offered in limited numbers and for a limited time. CityCenter is ahead of schedule, the $9.2 billion development will begin opening in August 2009.

Veer Towers are twin 37 story towers that are at the Strip side center, of the 66 acre development. The unique design of the towers has them leaning at five-degree angles opposite each other. At the base of the towers is The Crystals retail and entertainment district. This puts these towers in the center of the action, and a property unlike any other luxury high-rise condominium in Las Vegas.

Not only are these selected studios being offered turn-key, but the interiors are being finished by Rob & Stucky, an award winning home furnishings and interior design firm. A choice of 3 different interior finishes are available. Pricing is from the low $500,000’s.
