Oubliez vendredi noir et grands magasins, soyez votre prêt à aller Logement élevé de Las Vegas faire des emplettes en 2008 ? Il y a raison d'être gai au sujet de la révolution de la bande, y compris l'implosion de l'hôtel fatigué de frontière. 2007 était une année de transition, plaçant l'étape pour que des choses beaucoup plus grandes viennent.
Finissant 2007 avec une IMPLOSION d'un casino et commençant 2008 avec une EXPLOSION de nouveaux dispositifs.
Ainsi qu'est en le magasin pour 2008 ? J'ai récemment discuté cette matière avec le renard de Jason, président de groupe de luxe d'hypothèque. Nous tous les deux convenons qu'international exigez pour les logements de luxe avec une BT Blvd. l'adresse se développera comme CityCenter, échelon, MGM au nord, et progrès d'hôtel de plaza. 2007, 2008, et 2009 sont tous les precursers pour une bande réinventée en 2010 et au-delà.

Jetez un coup d'oeil en arrière à mes 6 avis pour la bande en 2007. #1 - J'étais en ligne mort, même quelques agents qui étaient bien connus ont disparu. #2 - Sur l'argent. #3 - Assez la fin, devrait avoir inclus l'hôtel de Harmon. #4 - 100% correct, à la différence de Miami saturé, logements de bande de Vegas n'a pas eu besoin des trucs de ventes et pas toujours. #5 - Seulement manqué lui par $500 dollars. Mais rappelez-vous que certains sont coquille grise, s'ils étaient fini moi auraient eu un bingo-test. #6 - Facile à appeler avec venir d'hôtel de Harmon.

The president of Riviera Holdings comped Mark Adams a high-floor corner suite at The Riviera so we could watch the implosion up close. We threw a party in the old-school digs and filmed this video from the balcony…The Plaza Hotel here we come!
944 Magazine “Last Word” Nov. 07
My November column in 944 Magazine about the north section of the resort corridor becoming the Beverly Hills of the strip. Hear the Top 3 Announcements as well as the Latest Happenings. And there is a nice photo of Vegas entertainment icon, Kelly Clinton (at the Stirling Club).
Changes for a New Year
Luxury Realty Group is creating several new leading-edge features to streamline information into your home in 2008. One of these features has been our biggest client request for four years.
To prepare for next year, I’ll no longer be writing the “Last Word” for 944 Magazine (after the December issue). My clients are my first priority, with such an exciting year ahead, I’ll continue to focus on them and on providing the latest news, photos, videos, and market updates. Thank you to 944 for giving me the opportunity. This was hard to walk away from.
I purchased new cameras to improve the quality of my photo and video updates including a high def camcorder for video. The still photos in this month’s updates are with the new still camera, (HD videos will not appear until January updates).

Look for the return of VIVA VEGAS! the first week of 2008 which will include…
- The 3rd Annual “Aaron The Genie”, where I’ll share my strip opinions for 2008.
- Official announcements of Luxury Realty Group’s new features.
And Finally…
- The re-launch of VegasCondoScene.com. This complete makeover will include better info, an easy to use navigation system, and a hip, high-end look! Think Trump meets Entourage.
Other News
MGM Signature is going through major changes as far as sales and inventory go. Call me for the exact stats and why this is happening. 702-205-1818 (No Nevada Realtors)
- The Cosmopolitan just became even more attractive (and it has always been a buyer favorite) Why now more than ever? Call me. 702-205-1818 (No Nevada Realtors)
- Crown Las Vegas has received FAA approval for 1,064 feet. This could mean an 80-90 story high rise north of Turnberry Place. Proof that the north section of LV Blvd. is a hot-spot and that developers can build higher than they can closer to McCarran Airport.
- Fifield Development has applied for FAA approval for a 795 foot tower just west of its Allure tower. Groundbreaking planned for Dec 2009 with an opening in Dec 2011. That could mean a 70+ story building. Once again more proof that the super-tall action is moving north.
- Triple Five Nevada Development Corp. is working on purchasing 18-25 acres along the strip, across from Boyd Gaming’s Echelon, for up to $32 million an acre.
- The Crystals is the name of the future retail mall at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter.
- The Harmon Hotel has sold roughly 30% of its inventory in the first 6 weeks of sales and is the hottest property in Las Vegas.
