5 Questions to Ask Before You Hire a Luxury High Rise Brokerage to Sell Your Luxury Condo

Especially in the Las Vegas luxury condo market, there are 5 questions to ask before you hire a luxury high rise brokerage to sell your luxury condo or hotel condo. These 5 questions will give you a better understanding of the luxury condo real estate brokerage you are going to hire.
Question 1: How many million dollar or higher listings have you sold over the past 12 months?
If the Las Vegas luxury real estate brokerage you are interviewing has few if any sales in the million dollar or higher range over the past 12 months then how can you trust their real estate agents know the luxury real estate business? These sales can be in the new construction and resale categories.
Question 2: How many listings do you currently have listed at $500,000 or higher?
If the Las Vegas real estate brokerage candidate has many of its listings in the $140,000 to $300,000 price range, is this brokerage truely a luxury real estate focused brokerage?.
Question 3: What is your brokerage’s Las Vegas luxury condo and hotel condo resale ranking in the prime Las Vegas Strip area for 2007?
If the luxury high rise condo and hotel condo real estate brokerage has few luxury high rise condo or hotel condo resales in the Strip or adjacent Strip areas for 2007 that’s a red flag. In that situation, most likely the primary level of experience for that brokerage is new construction and not listing and resale experience.
Question 4: Do the agents and broker-owners of your Las Vegas luxury real estate brokerage own and live in luxury high rises in the prime Strip area?
It’s important that the luxury real estate agents you hire can walk the talk in the listing and resale business, especially for the prime Strip area. If the luxury real estate brokerage owners and agents have not owned or do not live in million to multi-milion dollar luxury high rise condos in the prime Strip area that can be a red flag. Without such ownership experience, how do you know they have the in-depth experience and knowledge of the luxury condo high rise market and properties to effectively market your million dollar or higher luxury condo or hotel condo?
Question 5: How nationally recognized is the luxury real estate brokerage as experts in Las Vegas luxury high rise condos and hotel condos, especially in the million dollar or higher price range?
